CTLS is an association for all people working in Life Science core facilities and research infrastructure.

A 3-day training school “Building a Successful Career in a Core Facility” will be held from November 20th to 22nd at the Institute Pasteur, Paris. The training is an eye-opening interactive event including conferences, roundtables, workshops and core facility visits with plenty of time for informal discussions and job shadowing.

Several key stakeholders in the field will be participating, such as Kelly Vere (Technician Commitment UK) and Saskia Lippens (VIB-Ghent, Belgium).

While there are several courses and training schools worldwide aimed at core facility managers, up to now none has specifically addressed the question of the professional development of core facility scientists, engineers and technicians, nor that of the career perspectives of students who are wondering about core facility opportunities.

Join the training in Institut Pasteur (Paris) on November 20-22, 2019: reduced fees available for CTLS members!
